RHA uses a personal approach to deliver executive search and selection consulting services. By way of example, most recruiting firms delegate the research process to junior-level research personnel. At RHA all consultants complete the sourcing and candidate development research. We embrace a variety of contemporary sourcing practices in addition to our strong network of contacts. In this way, we believe we dramatically improve the quality and effectiveness of the candidate sourcing process. Ultimately, we are able to bring candidates to the table who might otherwise have said “no”.
Experience demonstrates that often the principle reason a specific candidate elected to go forward with an interview process on behalf of a client was the quality of the initial screening call that caused them to be effectively promoted to a specific client opportunity.
